How can I Receive the Corporate Rate?
Answer: Let your employer or HR person know about this program and call Kelly at 801-860-4831 to set up a corporate account with your employer. Then the monthly membership fee can be deducted from your payroll. Your employer may choose to pay for all of the montly fee, a part of it, or not at all.
Does the Membership Program cover major medical?
Answer: No. The Membership Program is NOT a health insurance planand is not designed to cover major medical events. It also does not cover any services performed outside of our 6 clinics.
What if I have a health insurance already?
Answer: If you have a health insurance plan that we are a provider for and is a "rich" plan that has low deductible and covers everything, then you can be seen in our clinics through insurance billing and you probably don't need this program. If you have an insurance plan that we are a provider for but is a high deductible plan, then becoming a member to have your primary care and urgent care taken care of through the membership program for $5 per visit could be a very cost effective strategy. However, such visit through the membership program cannot be billed and processed through your insurance plan due to contractural reasons. On the other hand, if you have an insurance plan that we are not a provider for, then we can help bill your insurance so what is allowed can be applied toward your deductible without you owing that balance to us.
What if I DO NOT have a health insurance?
Answer: At least a high deductible health insurance is recommended in case of major medical events. Visit www.ehealthinsurance.com for high deductible plans that cover major medical at competitive prices. Then you can couple this plan with our Membership Program, the combination which can give you monthly savings in premium and have the best coverage for basic care and major medical.
What if I want to pay cash for a visit without being a member?
Answer: People who are healthy may not have frequent or on-going medical needs and may elect to just pay cash whenever medical care is needed without being a member. A visit for non-member, cash-paying patient at the time of service is $99 flat fee for regular visits and $199 for procedures, both include all labs, procedures and treatment performed in our clinics.
