Family Medicine:

- Maintenance of chronic medical conditions
- Scout, school, sport physicals
**Chronic pain management and medical conditions treated with narcotic or controlled medications are not performed in any of After Hours Medical clinics and are not included in the Membership Program.
**Any labs sent to outside labs (i.e. LabCorp) or DME supplies are additional charges but at discounted prices.
